Here you'll find answers to our most frequently asked guarantee, shipping and ordering questions.  

• How is heel height measured?
  As illustrated below, standard shoe industry measurements are taken from the inside of the heel.  Add approximately 1/2 inch to that measurement to find the heel height as taken from the back of the shoe.

• What heel height should I choose?
  You'll be most comfortable if you stay with the heel height that you wear normally - no sky high heels if you live in sneakers, and high-heel wearers who think low-heels will be more comfortable on their wedding day will end up with strained calf muscles.  A good rule of thumb is to stray no more than one inch higher or lower than your favorite shoes.
   

• How do your shoe sizes run?
  Our shoes run true to size; however, if you fall between two sizes, your best bet is to order the larger size.  Everyone has one foot larger than the other - some slightly, and some with as much as a half size difference.  You should purchase footwear to fit your larger foot - a half insole can be added to the shoe for your smaller foot to make it snugger if necessary.
   

• How soon will my order come?
  All US orders ship within 24 business hours, and you can expect to receive your US order within 3 - 7 business days of placing it.  Please allow up to 15 business days for international orders.  Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.  If you need your shoes for guaranteed arrival sooner than our 3 - 7 business day shipping window, please choose our Next Business Day Air, 2 Business Day Air, or 3 Business Day Select option. 
    

• Can I get Rush Shipping?
  Next Business Day Air, Two Business Day Air and Three Business Day Select shipping are available for same day shipping for US orders placed via the Internet by 10am Eastern time, Monday through Friday.  Orders placed after that time will ship the next business day. Express orders cannot be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands, FPO, APO  or PO Boxes.  
   

• What are your shipping fees?
  Our shopping cart will automatically calculate the actual shipping fee - we do not charge additional processing or handling fees.   Next Day Air, 2 Day Air, and 3 Day Select orders must be placed by 8am Eastern time for same day shipping; orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.  If your package is returned to us by UPS as Refused or Undeliverable, a $12 return-ship fee will be deducted from your refund.  We are not able to accept order cancellations after your order has shipped.
  Due to the high incidence of international fraud, we are unable to offer shipping outside of the United States at this time.
      

• What if they don't fit, or I just don't like them?
  Just click this link for a printable on-line RETURN PROCEDURES FORM and return your shoes unworn, postmarked within 30 days of delivery for a full return or exchange. We are able to process refunds only to the credit card used for your initial purchase.  We offer free shipping for exchanges of US orders; international exchanges are shipped at a reduced fee of $10 (charged to the credit card used for your initial purchase.)  Please note that shipping fees are not refundable.  Be sure to try your shoes on carpet while wearing hosiery, as shoes with any markings on the sole or with "toe marks" cannot be returned.  Please note that claims for defective merchandise must be made within 15 days of delivery.   Shoes postmarked for return more than 30 days after delivery are not eligible for refund.  Please be kind to our environment and use the same shipping box we send you as your return shipping box!
     

• Is there a restocking fee?
  There is never a "restocking fee" for items returned within our 30 day guarantee limit.  Items returned beyond guarantee limit are refunded or returned at our discretion, and if refunded, subject to 20% fee.  Please note that shoes must be returned unworn in original boxes, and shoe boxes must not be taped and used as shipping boxes.  A 10% fee applies to returns sent without shipping box. 
    

• Do you carry half sizes?  Are your shoes true to size?
  All of our shoes and boots are available in both full and half sizes, as indicated on each product page.  For instance, a size selection of "6 - 10, 11" means that full and half sizes are available from size 6 through size 9 1/2 -- sizes 10, 11 and 12 are not available in half sizes.  Our shoes run true to size; just order the size that you normally wear in a dress pump.  If you fall between sizes, it's best to opt for the larger size!
